VidOrange refund policy for YouTube promotion services.
All approved refunds are issued exclusively as VidOrange account credit. The credited amount is added to your VidOrange account and can be used for any future campaign or service on VidOrange. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank account), except where required by applicable law.
We offer refunds, issued as VidOrange account credit, under the following circumstances:

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be added to your VidOrange account as credit within 10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if services have been partially delivered. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds are also issued as VidOrange account credit only.
